DAOÏST POEM ON TRUE NATURE
No worry in mind for one day,
is like being an immortal for one day.
The Six Spirits are healthy and naturally at peace,
the Qi fills my Elixir Field with a treasure.
Having the elixir, there is no need to look for the Dao any longer.
If one keeps peace of mind, it is like looking at the self in a mirror,
and there is no need to sit in meditation any more.
